75.1% foreign residents satisfied with Taiwan's living environment: RDEC
外籍人士在台生活滿意度達75.1%
According to results from the “International Living Environment Satisfaction Survey”, announced by the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission of the Executive Yuan, approximately 75.1% of surveyed foreigners were satisfied with the level of tolerance and acceptance they had experienced in Taiwan’s living, working and cultural environments.《full text》
行政院研究發展考核委員會於98年12月16日公布「外籍人士國際生活環境滿意度調查」結果，約有75.1%的受訪外籍人士對台灣生活、工作、文化包容與接納，以及國際化環境的建立各方面表示滿意，且有高達88.8%的外籍受訪者認為台灣人的態度是友善的。《詳全文》
NIA relaxes rules for overstaying foreigners
移民署鬆綁外籍人士逾期停留管制
The National Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior has amended its Operation Directions for the Entry Ban of Foreign Nationals. According to Article 6 of the amendment, the length of an overstay that results in a one-year entry ban has been extended from 30 days to 91 days.《full text》
